Petit Paris Boulangerie is a Bakery factory under the auspices of PT. Roti Kehidupan Indonesia, a company engage in dividing Bakery production with a trademark named "PETIT PARIS BOULANGERIE" beginning in July 2019, founded by Mr. William is a French Executive Chef with 15 employees that consist of; Chef, Baker, Packaging, PPIC, Steward, QA&QC and back office team.
Petit Paris Boulangerie engage in inter-company selling covering Central Java and Yogyakarta with the concept of Western Bread Artisan. All Bakery products processed directly by the best and skilled team.
Talking about our brand, the word "Petit" comes from French, which means small or petite. This is motivated by a small step where we try to take part in the culinary industry in this country. Starting from Yogyakarta on Jalan Tanjungtirto, Berbah, Sleman, Yogyakarta we started a small step to realize our big dreams. We choose Yogyakarta as the initial point is because our purpose to fulfill the needs of Yogyakarta and Central Java for premium quality products.
Another reason is because of the huge market demand for Bakery in Yogyakarta and in Indonesia in general, Petit Paris Boulangerie is committed to providing fresh and superior quality Bakery products to all new Costumer or prospective Costumer.
With our Parisian Boulangarie concept, we present the original secret European recipe which is served fresh from the oven. Taste and freshness is a guarantee that we provide for each product, with our high quality yet fresh ingredients we are optimistic that we can enliven the culinary industry especially the Bakery industry in Indonesia.
In August 2020, we open our first outlet in Kotabaru, Yogyakarta. Our concept combines Boulangerie and Bistro.
The word “bistro” comes from the term “bwystra”, which means fast in Russian.
When the Russian army invaded France, during the Napoleonic war, they used to shout “Bwystra!” to the owners or waiters, demanding a faster service because they needed to get back on the road.
Mr. William has great enthusiasm to develop western culinary to the city of Yogyakarta, a cultural city with a variety of culinary. Petit Paris Bistro specializes in Rotisserie dishes, also known as spit-roasting; a style of roasting where meat is skewered on a spit - a long solid rod is used to hold food while it is being cooked over a fire in a fireplace. Originally Rotisserie Chicken appeared in France during the Medieval period.
All the best ingredients are managed wholeheartedly by a skilled team to produce premium quality products. Mr. William and his team always guarantee freshness and authentic taste Bistro and Rotisserie, combines the two distinctive elements of the two concepts for an uncanny culinary experience.

Petit Paris Boulangerie has a factory area of 5 hectares, which is HACCP certified Number CCP-01632 and Hallal certified, and has production capacity of 10,000 pcs bakeries per day.
The production capacity of the Bakery factory will continue to increase along with the number of variants of bakery products, in line with customer needs.
