Petit Paris Bistro specializes in Rotisserie dishes, also known as spit-roasting; a style of roasting where meat is skewered on a spit - a long solid rod is used to hold food while it is being cooked over a fire in a fireplace. Originally Rotisserie Chicken appeared in France during the Medieval period.

Petit Paris Boulangerie has a factory area of 5 hectares, which is HACCP certified Number CCP-01632 and Hallal certified, and has production capacity of 10,000 pcs bakeries per day.
The production capacity of the Bakery factory will continue to increase along with the number of variants of bakery products, in line with customer needs.
